Each island has its own resident (or summoned) NPC, its own craftable consumables, and its own weapon line. Materials and gold costs below are exact, pulled straight from the crafting code.

Haunted Island
The Witch — Trinket crafter!fortune — 20g to visit. A 4% chance per visit grants a TRUE PROPHECY: a free Lucky Waters chart or Navigation Table fragments.

Activate with !use blackcat (or !trinket) — improved fishing odds and catch rarity for 10 minutes.
Activate with !use ward (or !trinket) — improved defensive/repair contribution for 10 minutes.
Activate with !use coin (or !trinket) — personal catch-value gold bonus for 10 minutes.

Recipes
Activate with !use flint (or !battle) — drips +5 Battle Prep every 2 min out of battle, shifts to +15% offensive boost in a fight.
Activate with !use net (or !battle) — doubles fish catches out of battle, shifts to +15% defensive boost in a fight.
Activate with !use chrono (or !battle) — 50% cooldown reduction everywhere, no battle required.
